The Hanging Tree, came at such a strange moment in time. In Fact a moment in History that the world would always remember.
On the day the Queen passed away, this song emerged. At the time I didn't realise how special and accurate this song would be, and to a moment that would embrace our country united.
Strangely, the lyrics perfectly encompassed a transition between states, freedom in the unknown and an overwhelming urge to travel to unknown pastures.
